Adaw RN, BSN
Administrator
Adaw’s healthcare journey began as an EMT, where she discovered her deep passion for providing support during some of life’s most critical moments. This early experience ignited her desire to further her education, which led her to pursue her RN, BSN. This allowed her to expand her ability to offer compassionate and skilled care across a wide range of patient needs, from the very young to the elderly.
With over 10 years of experience in the field, Adaw has worked in diverse healthcare settings, including long-term geriatric care and the ICU. She has cared for critically ill patients, including newborns in the NICU, honing her ability to think quickly under pressure. Her experiences in these high-stress environments have sharpened her decision-making skills, allowing her to apply evidence-based practices while providing care that is both life-saving and compassionate.
Outside of her professional life, Adaw enjoys spending time with her husband, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and creating memories with family. These moments provide her with a sense of renewal and inspiration, fueling her continued dedication to her work.
She is deeply grateful for the opportunity to be a part of so many healthcare journeys and looks forward to connecting with others, always approaching each situation with the utmost care and compassion.
Luka
Director
Luka is a hardworking and dedicated individual who has always been deeply committed to his community. Over the years, he’s consistently sought out ways to make a positive impact, whether through his work or his involvement in local initiatives. Now, as he and his wife eagerly await the arrival of their child, Luka is bringing that same passion for community and care into the family care home.
He has always had a strong desire to help others, and this is evident in the way he approaches his work. Luka is determined to create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued, respected, and truly at home. His focus is on building more than just a space for people to live — he wants to create a place where each resident feels part of a larger family, supported by care and compassion at every step.
Luka’s dedication to community-building extends far beyond his professional life. He’s someone who believes in making connections and fostering a sense of belonging. Now, he’s bringing that same approach to the family care home, ensuring that everyone in his care feels like they’re part of a community that truly cares for them.
Mary
Resident Care Manager
Mary is a hardworking mom of three energetic boys, and her life is always filled with activity, from basketball practices to family events. Despite the whirlwind of being a mom and managing her busy schedule, she has always had a passion for helping others, which first led her into healthcare. Early in her career, Mary worked as a dedicated CNA, where she gained hands-on experience in providing compassionate care to a variety of individuals. She quickly learned the importance of building strong relationships with patients and offering the kind of support that makes a real difference in their lives.
After spending some time at home to raise her boys during their early years, Mary is now reembarking on her healthcare journey, excited to return to the work she loves. Though her schedule is full, balancing motherhood and family activities, Mary remains eager to make a positive impact by caring for others. Whether she’s at a basketball game cheering on her boys or helping a patient, her commitment to service and genuine care for others never wavers.
Her CNA experience, combined with her ability to manage a busy life with grace and compassion, makes Mary a truly special individual. She’s always on the go, but no matter how full her plate, she’s always ready to help and make a difference in the lives of those she serves.
